Under the motto “Leadership and Storytelling”, we accompany the executives of a German financial service provider for a year.
The focus is on a “Train-the-Trainer program” in which managers inspire each other.
Following positive psychology, we assume that every manager has a set of valuable leadership resources; that they like to talk about themselves and their own moments of success and gladly share this knowledge as a trainer, facilitator and presenter with management colleagues.
We therefore develop a radically subjective process of action that focuses on “the leadership personality” with all of their experiences.
In a lab, the managers create their own training settings under the motto “My recipe for success”.
They pass on their ideas, impulses and insights to their management colleagues. From real life, for real life.
It comes in digital and analog formats. The participants implement special storytelling methods: individually, imaginatively and practically.
As producers and consumers of the training courses, the participants deepen their confidence in themselves and their colleagues.
Last but not least, they draw new courage and fresh energy for the adventures of everyday leadership.
A good story is so much more than a set of facts. A good story moves and inspires. It combines meaning and energy. Here you will learn what intelligent storytelling can do for your organization.
Leading others starts with self-reflection and self-guidance. What are my resources? What are the impressions and beliefs that shape my leadership and cooperative behavior?
