Expe­ri­ence that has a pro­found impact. I have almost 40 years of pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence in man­age­ment and self-employ­ment, includ­ing since 2003 as a con­sul­tant, train­er, and spar­ring part­ner for orga­ni­za­tions, exec­u­tives, and teams. I don’t work on symp­toms, but on what real­ly dri­ves orga­ni­za­tions under­go­ing trans­for­ma­tion under pressure.
