The 2001 “Agile Manifesto” marked a turning point in software development. Instead of rigid processes, fixed tools and extensive documentation, the focus was put on people and their collaboration. So “responding to change” was considered more relevant than “following a plan.”
Retrospectives are an essential instrument of this imaginative and interactive “New Work”. They serve to reflect on collaboration and learn from challenges. Critical situations are perceived and analyzed, the focus is on recognizing and overcoming major obstacles.
For teams, it’s about taking measures that facilitate future collaboration.
2-Day Workshop
Our retrospectives.
Appreciative. Honest. Future-oriented.
We design our retrospectives in a playful and creative way:
You recognize dysfunctional narratives and actions in the context of your organization or your team. The dramaturgy workshop can, for example, cover the following questions:
Who are the “heroes and heroines” of your team or organization story?
What challenges have they overcome? What did they learn in the process?
How will you as actors act in the future? Where is the journey leading to?
What experiences are valuable and important to the organization?
The conflict serves as a map of the members’ needs and goals and leads to new, sustainable agreements. We moderate conflicts — both between two actors and within the team as well as between teams.
Our customised coaching sessions catalyse existing team forces into new energy. Because we take obstacles just as seriously as wishes and needs — and give space to both.
