Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer

We pre­fer a per­son­al hand­shake to seal an agree­ment. The fol­low­ing terms and con­di­tions set the mutu­al expec­ta­tions for an inspir­ing cooperation.

1. Your registration 

By reg­is­ter­ing, you accept the terms & con­di­tions of Kirsten Schrick as a participant/​client. You will receive your invoice along with the con­fir­ma­tion of reg­is­tra­tion, which you are kind­ly request­ed to pay with­in the next 14 days. The entire fee should be cred­it­ed at least 3 weeks before the sem­i­nar to the account of Kirsten Schrick as spec­i­fied in the invoice. If no pay­ment has been made before the sem­i­nar date, DSMC reserves the right to exclude the par­tic­i­pant from the seminar.

Kirsten Schrick reserves the right to grant access to cer­tain inter­est­ed par­ties (eg. com­peti­tors) to the open sem­i­nars only after consultation.

2. Can­cel­la­tion

Can­cel­la­tions are high­ly unde­sir­able for all. The fol­low­ing agree­ments make it eas­i­er to deal with: If a book­ing is can­celed by the participant/​client, the sem­i­nar fee is waived if the can­cel­la­tion is received in writ­ing by Kirsten Schrick not lat­er than 4 weeks before the start of the sem­i­nar. In case of can­cel­la­tion 4 to 2 weeks before the sem­i­nar, half the fee is charged, there­after the full fee. The can­cel­la­tion fee does not apply if anoth­er par­tic­i­pant is named for the same sem­i­nar. If avail­able, an alter­na­tive sched­ule can be con­sid­ered not lat­er than 12 months after the orig­i­nal sem­i­nar date.

3. With­draw­al

Orga­niz­er Kirsten Schrick is enti­tled to call off the sem­i­nar not lat­er than 10 work­ing days before its start, if the min­i­mum num­ber of 6 par­tic­i­pants has not been reached. Should there be any oth­er essen­tial change in frame­work con­di­tions for the sem­i­nar (e.g. ill­ness of the train­er), Kirsten Schrick may opt for can­cel­la­tion the sem­i­nar, even with­in 10 work­ing days of its start. In both cas­es, the participant/​client has the choice between imme­di­ate reim­burse­ment of the fee or par­tic­i­pa­tion in an alter­na­tive sched­ule. In all cas­es, fur­ther claims, in par­tic­u­lar claims for dam­ages, of what­ev­er kind and for what­ev­er legal rea­son, unless they result from will­ful or gross­ly neg­li­gent behav­ior on the part of Kirsten Schrick or her part­ners, will not be accept­ed and rejected.

4. Rights on sem­i­nar materials

The work doc­u­ments of Kirsten Schrick are copy­right­ed. Par­tic­i­pants may not copy, or oth­er­wise make avail­able to third par­ties, any work doc­u­ments with­out Kirsten Schrick­’s pri­or writ­ten consent.

5. Oblig­a­tions of Kirsten Schrick

Kirsten Schrick under­takes to treat infor­ma­tion about the par­tic­i­pant and/​or inter­nal com­pa­ny mat­ters of the client con­fi­den­tial­ly. Any record­ed infor­ma­tion is sole­ly for the pur­pose of the sem­i­nar and is delet­ed imme­di­ate­ly after Kirsten Schrick­’s seminar.

Your per­son­al data will be saved and processed and used exclu­sive­ly in accor­dance with the applic­a­ble pri­va­cy reg­u­la­tions. Your data will be han­dled with care and used exclu­sive­ly for the exe­cu­tion of the seminars.

6. Place of per­for­mance, place of jurisdiction

The place of per­for­mance for the ser­vices of Kirsten Schrick is Munich.

7. Sev­er­abil­i­ty clause

If any pro­vi­sion is invalid, the valid­i­ty of the remain­ing pro­vi­sions shall not be affect­ed. The invalid pro­vi­sion will be replaced by anoth­er pro­vi­sion that resem­bles the intend­ed pur­pose of the orig­i­nal pro­vi­sion as close as possible.

Lia­bil­i­ty with regard to content

As a ser­vice provider, we are respon­si­ble for our own con­tent on these pages under gen­er­al law in accor­dance with § 7 para 1 TMG. Accord­ing to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are how­ev­er not oblig­ed, as a ser­vice provider, to mon­i­tor trans­mit­ted or stored exter­nal infor­ma­tion, or inves­ti­gate cir­cum­stances that indi­cate ille­gal activity.

Oblig­a­tions to remove or block the use of infor­ma­tion accord­ing to gen­er­al laws remain unaf­fect­ed. Lia­bil­i­ty in this regard is only pos­si­ble, how­ev­er, from the point in time at which we become aware of a spe­cif­ic legal vio­la­tion. As soon as we become aware of such legal vio­la­tion, we will remove this con­tent immediately.

Lia­bil­i­ty with regard to links

Our con­tent has links to exter­nal web­sites, the con­tent of which is beyond our con­trol. We there­fore do not accept any respon­si­bil­i­ty for such exter­nal con­tent. The provider or oper­a­tor of linked sites is at all times respon­si­ble for their con­tent. The linked pages were checked for pos­si­ble legal vio­la­tions at the time they were linked. No ille­gal con­tent was detect­ed at the time of linking.

Per­ma­nent mon­i­tor­ing of the con­tent of the linked pages, how­ev­er, is unrea­son­able with­out con­crete evi­dence of a vio­la­tion of the law. As soon as we become aware of legal vio­la­tions, we will remove such links immediately.

Copy­right
