Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer
Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer
We prefer a personal handshake to seal an agreement. The following terms and conditions set the mutual expectations for an inspiring cooperation.
1. Your registration
By registering, you accept the terms & conditions of Kirsten Schrick as a participant/client. You will receive your invoice along with the confirmation of registration, which you are kindly requested to pay within the next 14 days. The entire fee should be credited at least 3 weeks before the seminar to the account of Kirsten Schrick as specified in the invoice. If no payment has been made before the seminar date, DSMC reserves the right to exclude the participant from the seminar.
Kirsten Schrick reserves the right to grant access to certain interested parties (eg. competitors) to the open seminars only after consultation.
2. Cancellation
Cancellations are highly undesirable for all. The following agreements make it easier to deal with: If a booking is canceled by the participant/client, the seminar fee is waived if the cancellation is received in writing by Kirsten Schrick not later than 4 weeks before the start of the seminar. In case of cancellation 4 to 2 weeks before the seminar, half the fee is charged, thereafter the full fee. The cancellation fee does not apply if another participant is named for the same seminar. If available, an alternative schedule can be considered not later than 12 months after the original seminar date.
3. Withdrawal
Organizer Kirsten Schrick is entitled to call off the seminar not later than 10 working days before its start, if the minimum number of 6 participants has not been reached. Should there be any other essential change in framework conditions for the seminar (e.g. illness of the trainer), Kirsten Schrick may opt for cancellation the seminar, even within 10 working days of its start. In both cases, the participant/client has the choice between immediate reimbursement of the fee or participation in an alternative schedule. In all cases, further claims, in particular claims for damages, of whatever kind and for whatever legal reason, unless they result from willful or grossly negligent behavior on the part of Kirsten Schrick or her partners, will not be accepted and rejected.
4. Rights on seminar materials
The work documents of Kirsten Schrick are copyrighted. Participants may not copy, or otherwise make available to third parties, any work documents without Kirsten Schrick’s prior written consent.
5. Obligations of Kirsten Schrick
Kirsten Schrick undertakes to treat information about the participant and/or internal company matters of the client confidentially. Any recorded information is solely for the purpose of the seminar and is deleted immediately after Kirsten Schrick’s seminar.
Your personal data will be saved and processed and used exclusively in accordance with the applicable privacy regulations. Your data will be handled with care and used exclusively for the execution of the seminars.
6. Place of performance, place of jurisdiction
The place of performance for the services of Kirsten Schrick is Munich.
7. Severability clause
If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision will be replaced by another provision that resembles the intended purpose of the original provision as close as possible.
