Our Success Story

Andrea and I met in 1995 at the recep­tion of our usu­al hotel while con­duct­ing the assess­ment cen­ter for the estab­lish­ment of the Advance Bank. I was fas­ci­nat­ed by her radi­ance, as I still am today. It comes from with­in and warms the oth­er person. 

Between 1996 and 2003 we cre­at­ed a force field at Advance Bank, cel­e­brat­ed suc­cess­es and endured low points togeth­er. We were open to exper­i­ments and intro­duced the home office in the 1990s, when Andrea was tak­ing care of her sons. The spir­it of New Work guid­ed us when we imple­ment­ed a net­work orga­ni­za­tion in the face of much resis­tance. Even when jump­ing into the deep end of self-employ­ment — in 2003 — I was not alone.

To this day, Andrea and I are pas­sion­ate about ser­vice. Every cre­ative set­ting needs a tech­ni­cal basis and a lov­ing imple­men­ta­tion that also hon­ors the detail. 

We both trust life and feel that: It is good to us. That makes us grate­ful: for our cus­tomers and for assign­ments that we shape together. 

Our sto­ry is also one of a part­ner­ship based on the inter­play of close­ness and dis­tance. It is the sto­ry of two inde­pen­dent women who to this day go through a ful­filled life inde­pen­dent­ly — each for them­selves and together.
