Our Success Story
The story of Andrea — my co-worker — and me has a lot to do with trust, loyalty and empathy. We have been through thick and thin for more than 25 years. Together. Open. Trusted.
Andrea and I met in 1995 at the reception of our usual hotel while conducting the assessment center for the establishment of the Advance Bank. I was fascinated by her radiance, as I still am today. It comes from within and warms the other person.
Between 1996 and 2003 we created a force field at Advance Bank, celebrated successes and endured low points together. We were open to experiments and introduced the home office in the 1990s, when Andrea was taking care of her sons. The spirit of New Work guided us when we implemented a network organization in the face of much resistance. Even when jumping into the deep end of self-employment — in 2003 — I was not alone.
To this day, Andrea and I are passionate about service. Every creative setting needs a technical basis and a loving implementation that also honors the detail.
We both trust life and feel that: It is good to us. That makes us grateful: for our customers and for assignments that we shape together.
Our story is also one of a partnership based on the interplay of closeness and distance. It is the story of two independent women who to this day go through a fulfilled life independently — each for themselves and together.
