Retrospectives

We design our ret­ro­spec­tives in a play­ful and cre­ative way: 

You rec­og­nize dys­func­tion­al nar­ra­tives and actions in the con­text of your orga­ni­za­tion or your team. The dra­matur­gy work­shop can, for exam­ple, cov­er the fol­low­ing questions:

• Who are the ​“heroes and hero­ines” of your team or orga­ni­za­tion story?

• What chal­lenges have they over­come? What did they learn in the process?

• How will you as actors act in the future? Where is the jour­ney lead­ing to?

• What expe­ri­ences are valu­able and impor­tant to the organization?
