In the world of tomor­row, the form of coop­er­a­tion will be rede­fined in a fun­da­men­tal way: Coop­er­a­tion and self-orga­ni­za­tion at eye lev­el will be deci­sive val­ues. In order to real­ly live these val­ues, new deci­sion-mak­ing struc­tures are required that focus on shared and per­son­al responsibility. 

The socioc­ra­cy is the mod­el of a decen­tral­ized and coop­er­a­tive­ly man­aged, co-respon­si­ble and self-respon­si­ble orga­ni­za­tion. It puts the wis­dom of every­one at the center.

In our sem­i­nars, we put for­ward the atti­tude and the tools that bring self-orga­ni­za­tion to life with­in the sociocracy.
